The Ibrahim Abu-Lughod In
stitute of International Studies cordially invites to attend a half day Sym
posium at Birzeit University entitled “The Strategic Communication in the P
alestinian Context.” The symposium is a part of a training course on Strate
gic Communication; and it will be held according to the following details:

cipants are senior communications personnel from government, PLO, NGOs an
d the private sector. The Institute has been running this pilot course sinc
e June 1st, with a view to going on to offer a full Diploma in Strategy an
