Information and Procedures Unit

Within BZU's organizational structure, the Information and Procedures Unit is under the umbrella of the Planning and Development Office. The Unit strives to provide reliable and timely information to enhance evidence-based decision-making processes at BZU. The Unit undertakes the following tasks:

 

•  Timely update of the data bases and organize the update procedures,
•  Mine and prepare the required regular reports according to schedule and make them accessible by those concerned,
•  Assist the various departments and units at BZU in formulating their procedures clearly to be provided to the Computer Center at BZU for necessary programming,
•  Prepare the "BZU: Facts and Figures" Report and update it on regular basis,
•  Disseminate and provide information needed by the different departments and units at BZU,
•  Participate in the annual BZU planning processes, and
•  Carry out other tasks upon the request of the Director of Planning and Development Office.
