Office of Planning & Development
The P&D Office is one of the main
technical and specialized offices at the President’s Office. Its primary
function is to prepare, review and evaluate the plans presented to the
University Council. It also prepares the perspectives, plans and their follow-up
activities to help develop the university in all of its three main activities:
teaching, research and community outreach. The Office is also responsible to
prepare reports on predictions of students, human and physical needs (both
facilities and equipment) of the university and on financial needs and costing
reports. It also presents alternatives to the University Council to help in the
decision making process.
