To ensure provision of best services to the University community, we would like to reiterate that we are ready to receive your inquiries and requests and provide support and assistance during our office hours staring 8:00 am until 4:00 pm, However, the staff break is half an hour within the range of two shifts (12:30-1:00 or 1:00-1:30.)
