Birzeit University Represents Palestinian Universities in the Dubai Summer Program, 2015

The Dubai Festivals Foundation, organizer of the Dubai Summer Surprises 2015, announced the names of the wining students that will  participate in Dubai Summer Surprises for fellowship training program in 2015, in which 19 students from the Middle East, North Africa and Asia will participate.

Tala Tawasheh will represent Birzeit University in the tenth session of the fellowship training program, which has become an important component of Dubai Summer Surprises.

The Dean of Student Affairs Mohammed Al-Ahmad said: "We are delighted to participate in Dubai Summer Surprises for fellowship training program for the fifth year in a row.”

The financial and administrative coordinator Ihab Maharmeh pointed out that in each year; each student is required to provide an article about "the nature of the change that is expected to take place. Maharmeh added that a jury is composed of the most prominent figures in the Dubai Foundation and a number of marketing experts, do evaluate the participating students and select one from each country to represent his/her country.

Each winner will receive a paid two-way trip ticket and accommodation costs for two weeks in the Emirates Academy of International Hotel Management and hospitality, which is one of the leading hospitality management education run by the Jumeirah Group.

The participating students will work side by side and attend workshops, in addition to field visits to some important tourist attractions.
