GIVING TO BIRZEIT UNIVERSITY

Bachelor's Scholarship

Gifts equaling $10,000 enable Birzeit University to establish a Bachelor's Scholarship named after the donor or in honor of another individual according to the donor's wishes. A Bachelor's Scholarship enables the University to cover the cost of educating one student throughout his/her undergraduate studies and enables the donor to follow the progress of the student until they complete their Bachelor's degree.

In 2001-2002 academic year the University established its first Bachelors Scholarship named the Advancement of Palestinian Youth Bachelors Scholarship, which was supported by a group of individuals. The scholarship was awarded to a first year student in the 2001-2002 academic year and will continue to support the student until he completes his undergraduate studies at Birzeit University.
