BZU, Al Wataniya Mobile offer training opportunities for students and graduates

Aiming to boost the growth of students and facilitate their education-to-work transition, Birzeit University and Al Wataniya Mobile will offer "Forsa-Birzeit," a new training program for students to strengthen their academic and professional competencies.

Birzeit University President Abdullatif Abuhijleh and Wataniya Mobile CEO Durgham Maraee signed a joint agreement that guarantees graduates and potential graduates  training opportunities tailored to their skills and academic specializations.

Abuhijleh said that this cooperation comes in line with the university's mission to achieve excellence in higher education by nourishing students' skills and talents and facilitating their transitions to the professional world.

Abuhijleh emphasized the strong ties that the university has with Al Wataniya Mobile, which has shown a great commitment towards BZU students and their academic and professional development.

Maraee announced that Al Wataniya Mobile will host 20 students from Birzeit University each year. Every student, according to Maraee, will have the opportunity to train for two months. "Youth are the cornerstone for achieving national development. We strive to work with the higher education institutions to graduate high-qualified, professional youth that are able to contribute positively to their societies."
