The paper presented by the Birzeit University representatives outlined the participatory blended learning approach used in the government and local government master’s program at the university, which makes learners the center of the learning process and encourages them to participate.

Held under the permanent theme “Governance and Public Administration Paradigms, Conceptions and Approaches in Euro MENA Zone,” the Euro MENA Dialogues of Public Management is a biennial event that brings together public administration professors and experts from around the globe for a discussion on the best practices and recent advances in that area.

This year, the event is organized by the European Group for Public Administration, the Middle East and North Africa Public Administration Research Network, the Institute of Public Management and Territorial Governance, the Institute of Public Administration of Bahrain, and the General Personnel Council in Palestine.
