Comprehensive survey of the pharmacology of all the major classes of drugs including agents acting on the autonomic, cardiovascular, hematopoetic, inflammatory system, hormones, and others. The two courses are concerned with all aspects of the action of drugs on living systems. They embrace biochemical and physiological effects, mechanisms of action, and therapeutic use.
