A course about the most important music education methods and their applications, including Kodaly, Eurhythmics, Gordon, Comprehensive musicianship, Orff, Kindermusik, Suzuki. Cognitive musical development and expectations of student ability; methods of teaching musical skills to different age groups, including vocal development, active listening, playing classroom instruments; selecting music for maximum student involvement. Reflective thinking about music methods and how to combine methods and create materials and methods suited and specific to the teaching environment in Palestine.
