Arrangement of music in one of the forms of the Oriental performance tradition: patterns of performance practice in Bilad al-Sham in the twentieth century; repertoire from the Shami musical heritage such as the Aleppo Qudoud, the Shami Muwashahat, the Qasidah, and popular songs from Bilad al-Sham, dances such as the Zaybaqli and popular dances; accompaniment of Shami improvised singing forms such as the mawwal, mejana and ataba. Working on rhythmic and non-rhythmic improvisations within the group.
