Advanced study in local government. Reading and discussing at least three peer-reviewed articled on the topic of the seminar. Students should prepare an advanced research under the supervision of the instructor. Research paper should follow methods of scientific research, concerning the method, the individualization of research problem, hypothesis, and citation. Student should present his/her research in class.
