In this course students investigate, analyze and design Technology-Based Learning (TBL) tools. In particular this course focuses on defining and categorization of Technology -Based Learning tools exploring learning theories and instructional design principles that support the design of TBL, understanding the advantages and disadvantages of using TBL, analyzing and assessing qualities of effective TBL, and exploring strategies for using TBL. As a culminating task of this course students will create their own TBL tools.
