Mr. Barqawi holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration with management from Texas University. He is a certified accountant in the United States and Jordan and a partner in Ernest & Young, Middle East and North Africa headquarters in Amman.
Mr. Baqawi also manages the Ernest & Young office in Tripoli, Libya. He has an extensive experience in providing advice and auditing accounts for regional and international clients in banking, financial services, and real estate.
