Training Course Announcement
Analysis of epidemiological data using STATA
July 3-6, 2017
The Institute of Community and Public Health (ICPH) in collaboration with Oslo University will hold a four-day training course on Analysis of Epidemiological Data Using STATA (Data Analysis and Statistical Software) from 8:30 am – 4:00 pm. The course will provide an introduction on how to write scientific papers and demonstrate different types of statistical tests using STATA.
The course will be conducted in English and will target young researchers, master students and graduates. Participants are asked to bring their own laptops as they will receive a copy of the STATA software (Temporary license).
The training will be held at ICPH, Birzeit University, Said Khoury Building for Development Studies, 1st Floor, Computer Lab, Room 224 and will be conducted by professor Espen Bjertness and Hein Stigum from Oslo University and Dr. Niveen Abu Rmeileh from Birzeit University.
