V.P. For Advancement

The Vice President for Advancement is responsible for developing external university relationships with the local and international community, institutions and individuals, directly or indirectly, through the use of various means of communication. Its aim is to attract community, scientific and financial support from private and public sources in service of achieving the university’s educational and research mission in the best possible way.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement programs that help to raise funds for supporting the development of human capital, material capital, and infrastructure
  • Establish strong relationships with alumni and motivate them to network among each other and with the university, and encourage them to support the university
  • Develop and implement public relations programs, media and communication programs, and supervise the university's website
